           Greta Thunberg            My Speaking Inspiration     Environmental activist& climate change activist Greta Thunberg delivers speeches concerning on-going climate and environmental crises. She has addressed 2018 United Nations Climate Change Conference, UK Parliament, and spoke at 2019 UN Climate Action Summit. Great has become the figurehead of the global movement through her school strikes outside of Swedish Parliament and her famous speeches :  How dare you? and   The House is on Fire. She mainly performs persuasive speeches that have challenged the traditional views of many countries and politicians concerning climate change. In her speeches, she has widely criticized world leaders for not taking speedy action to prevent an irreversible chain of disaster.   Organizing a Speech Analysis Dandelions: The Uncommon Weed  Susan R. Hirsch The rhetorical purpose was to inform her audience. Susan's specific Outcome Goal is to inform her audience of Dandelion's medicinal and culinary values, making it a useful plant rather than a " common" weed.   The Introduction of the speech included all five parts. First, the attention grabbers were a series of open-ended questions with guided responses. The questions referred to dandelion's uncommon origin, while the responses guided the audience's thinking of the topic: dandelions. Second, significance of the topic was brought upon by connecting back to audience's childhood interactions with the " yellow flowers" and homeowner's interaction with weeds, because many do not want weeds around the house. This retrospection was successful in establishing the familiarity of the topic therefore bringing on the importance of analyzing and talking about " common"

  Why It Is Recognized As One Of The 100 Best Speeches? It is one of the greatest speeches due to it's  remarkable and radical specific purpose and outcome goal.  Sanger was able to critique the government and society in such a way that did not undermine their functions, but simply proposed a new perspective to society to persuade government officials' thinking... Margaret acknowledged American government's efforts to donate to charities and philanthropies so that many " unwanted, unwelcomed, unknown" children can be taken care of and ensured a happy life; however, as Sanger points out in the second half of her speech, government intervention is still not enough, because " trainloads" of orphans and unwanted children kept coming.
